Hardeep is our co-founding trustee and leads on funding and development. With over 30 years of community experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge in project management and strong connections across the sector. Hardeep has also carried out extensive charity work around the globe, supporting communities and projects that make a real difference. In addition, he’s part of the national Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) team, helping young people build confidence, skills, and leadership.
