Royal Yachting Association
As an accredited Royal Yachting Association (RYA) Training Centre, we are recognised for delivering high-quality, safe, and professional sailing instruction in line with national standards. Through the RYA Sailability programme, we extend these opportunities to people of all abilities, promoting inclusivity and equal access to the joy of being on the water.

We are proud to be AALA registered, giving you confidence in the safety and professionalism of our adventure activities. Aldridge Airport Activity Centre.
Opened in 2006 by HRH Princess Anne, our purpose-built centre is based on the historic Aldridge Airport site. It’s the hub for our land-based activities and also provides flexible facility hire for clubs, groups, and organisations.
Our centre is fully accessible and equipped to ensure everyone can take part. Facilities include:
Full disabled access with shower facilities, changing bed, and hoist
Low ropes and high ropes courses
Wheelchair-accessible ropes course and abseiling
Indoor and outdoor climbing walls
Archery range
Cycling trails
Training room with interactive whiteboard

Sneyd Water Activity Centre
Sneyd Water Activities Centre is located on Sneyd Lake, within the Black Country University Technical College site — formerly the historic Sneyd School in Bloxwich. It provides the perfect setting for a wide range of exciting and inclusive water-based adventures.
The centre is fully accessible and designed to welcome people of all abilities, making it a fantastic venue for schools, groups, clubs, and community organisations. From fun introductory sessions to more specialised water activities, we can create experiences tailored to your needs.
Facilities include:

On-site lake, ideal for safe and structured water sessions
Direct access to local canals for extended paddling adventures
A range of specialist boats suitable for all abilities
Modern changing rooms with hoisting facilities
